A three-day training workshop on Regulations and Capacity Building in Traditional and Herbal Medicines for the Republic of Senegal and OIC West African Countries was held in Dakar May 22-24, 2024. 

This workshop was jointly organized by COMSTECH and the National Academy of Science & Technology, Senegal (ANSTS).  Experts from COMSTECH and Hamdard University, Karachi provided trainings during the workshop. The workshop brought together traditional healers, Hakeems, practitioners, researchers, academia, and scientists from Senegal and other West African countries.
