Attestation of Degrees or Educational Certificates.

Require attestation from concerned Ministry and MOFA Bangladesh. Following document are required for record:

• Photocopy of CNIC / NICOP.
• Photocopy of Passport.
• Photocopy of valid Bangladeshi visa.
• Photocopy of SAARAC/OIC/HEC nomination/admission letter (where applicable).

                        Attestation of Power of Attorney

• 2x Witness are required to sign in presence of embassy Staff.
• Copy of Passport, Visa & CNIC/ID card of Witness.
• 2x Passport size photograph of Attorney and Executor.
• Copy of CNIC/ID card of Attorney and Executor.
• In case Executor is Bangladeshi national, POA will be attested from Ministry of Law and MOFA Bangladesh prior to attestation by PHC Dhaka.
