Visa Services

Tourist Visa

Following documents are required:

• (a) Photograph with white background.
• (b) Copies of your current and previous passports (bring original if you are called for an interview).
• (c) Letter of invitation from your host/sponsor in Pakistan, copy of his/her computerized national identity card (CNIC) and copy of electricity bill bearing address of host/sponsor.

OR

• (d) Letter from a registered tour operator managing your visit alongside detailed programme of visit, registration of tour operator and computerized national identity card.
• (e) Bank statement of last 6 months.
• (f) Copy of utility bill bearing residential address of applicant.
• (g) Copy of previous Pakistani visa if any.

Business Visa

Following documents are required:

• (a) Photograph with white background.
• (b) Copies of your current and previous passports (bring original if you are called for an interview).
• (c) Invitation Letter from Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
• (d) Letter of invitation & copy of computerized national identity card (CNIC) & utility bill of the sponsor.
• (e) Copy of utility bill bearing residential address of applicant.
• (f) Bank statement of last 6 months.
• (g) Copy of previous Pakistani visa if any.

Family Visa

Following documents are required:

• (a) Photograph with white background.
• (b) Copies of your current and previous passports (bring original if you are called for an interview).
• (c) Letter of invitation from your host/sponsor in Pakistan, copy of his/her computerized national identity card (CNIC) and copy of electricity bill bearing address of host/sponsor.
• (d) Nikahnama/marriage certificate issued from NADRA if the spouse is Pakistani national.
• (e) Bank statement of last 6 months.
• (f) Copy of previous Pakistani visa if any.
• (g) Electricity bill bearing address of applicant.
• (h) Copy of identity card of applicant. In case of minor, birth certificate.

Student Visa

Following documents are required:

• (a) Photograph with white background.
• (b) Passport with more than 6-month validity at the time of visa request.
• (c) Admission/Bonafide letter from concerned university.
• (d) NOC from HEC/Economic Affair Division/IPC/Health Ministry/ Education Ministry of Pakistan.
• (e) For entry Visa: NOC from the government of Bangladesh.
• (f) For Extension: NOC from concerned embassy of student country in Pakistan.
• (g) Sponsorship Bank Statement in case of accompanying family and supporting documents like marriage certificate.

 

Medical Visa 

Following documents are required:

• (a) Photograph with white background.
• (b) Passport with more than 6-month validity at the time of visa request.
• (c) Hotel booking Details.
• (d) Medical Reports.
• (e) Consultation and consent letter from the enlisted hospital in Pakistan.

 

Work Visa

Following documents are required:

• (c) SECP registration letter of company.
• (d) Recommendation letter by BOI.
• (e) Contact detail of sponsor.
• (f) Undertaking on company letter head.
• (g) CV of applicant.
• (h) Covering letter on company’s letter head.
• (i) Company profile.
• (j) Employment agreement.
• (k) FBR NTN certificate of the company.

 

Deeni Madaris Visa

Following documents are required:

• (a) Photograph with white background.
• (b) Passport with more than 6-month validity at the time of visa request.
• (c) Admission/Bonafide letter of Deeni Madaris, mentioning course name, date of commencement and expected date of completion.
• (d) NOC from the Government’s Home Department/Foreign Office of the applicant.
• (e) Sponsorship letter/Bank Statement.

            Certificate of registration of Birth (Form ‘S-1’)

      Hospital Birth Certificate of child duly attested from Ministry of Health and MOFA BD.

            (2)        2x Photographs of Child.

            (3)        Passport, Visa and CNIC of parents.

            Death Certificate

            (1)        Hospital Death Certificate of diseased.

            (2)        Passport, Visa and CNIC of diseased.

            Emergency Travel Document (ETD)

            (1)        Proof of Pakistani National.

            (2)        Verification from MOI Pakistan (in case of not valid CNIC).
