Family Registration Certificate:
Family Registration Certificate (FRC) is a means of being identified with your NADRA’s record. This provides the family composition. You can apply for FRC in the following three categories:
- By Birth – The produced certificate will list your family including the details of your parents and siblings.
- Finger print form
- Copies of Identity documents of parents and siblings for correct spelling of names
- The existence of family members in the NADRA record is mandatory for inclusion in the FRC. Those Family members who are either not registered in NADRA, or their record is incomplete (Name and ID card numbers of parents), cannot be linked with the family tree. Such family members are required to first modify their NICOP/ID card with parents’ information.
- In case of a POC holder in the family, same member will become the main applicant and will apply for FRC, and include the other family members as relatives
- The applicant can correct the English spellings of the names of the applicant or family members, if required. No other change in the name of any family member is allowed.
By Marriage – The produced certificate will list your family including the details of your spouse and children. In case children are less than 18 years of age, please note that you have to bring all the children along with you who are required to be added in the FRC.
Requirements:
- Finger print form
- Copies of Identity documents of parents and siblings for correct spelling of names (by birth)
- Copies of Identity documents of spouse and children for correct spelling of names (by marriage)
- presence of any blood relative (Father, Mother, Son, Daughter) is required with CNICs AND presence of minor(s) if below 18 yrs.
Note: In case of deceased family member, CNIC of such individual must be marked CD before applying for FRC.
