Here are the guidelines to apply for Qatar’s Visa on Arrival.

Please ensure the following before boarding the flight:

1. Booking of hotel rooms through discover Qatar website. (https://www.discoverqatar.qa/mandatory-hotels-for -visa-on-arrival)
2. Subsequently, health insurance also has to be made. Minimum of one-month insurance can be made which costs QAR 50. QIC and QLM are preferable.(https://www.moph.gov.qa/english/deparmtnes/poliyaffairs/hfid/hirs/insruancecompanies/pages/default.aspx),
3. Once the insurance is done, an official email will be sent on the registered email which will consist of two files, i.e., receipt and insurance. Both should be carried during the travel.
4. Once you reach the Hamad International Airport in Doha, visitors must first go to the Discover Qatar desk which is before the immigration desk and get all the papers stamped.
5. Once the documents are stamped from the ‘Discover Qatar’ desk, the visitor can proceed to the immigration counters for the entry visa, eye scan and biometrics.
