INVITATION TO TENDER
Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Havana (Cuba) invites sealed tenders from well reputed firms/suppliers for supply of residential furniture items for the Embassy Residence.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The bids are to be submitted to the Embassy in sealed envelopes at the address mentioned at para-15, latest by the 28 June 2019 (1030 hrs). Purchase Committee will open the sealed bids in front of the bidders on 28 June 2019 (1100 hrs).�The Embassy shall procure the furniture items after thorough scrutiny.
2. The quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable duties/taxes delivering and assembling at the premises.
3. Bidders may include company profile along with copy of the brochure with their bids.
4. All items will have to be supplied strictly as per the specifications and quantity, desired for the list of items mentioned in this letter.
5. The validity period of the bid/rates will be applicable up to 30 June 2019, minimum from the date of opening thereof.
6.All items will have to be supplied strictly as per specifications and quantity mentioned in the list of items, and within 07 days of the issuance of purchase order.
7. Bids/quotations must be typed on company’s letter head, duly signed and sealed.
8. Specification and sample or photo of the materials must accompany with the bid.
9. The Embassy may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bid or proposal. The Embassy shall communicate to supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
10. Payment will be made after receipt of all the items and approved by the Purchase Committee, constituted for the said purpose.
11. No bid shall be entertained after the deadline of 28 June 2019 (1030 hrs).
12. This advertisement is available on www.ppra.org.pkwebsite as well as www.mofa.gov.pk/cuba/ (Embassy of Pakistan, Havana).
13. The Embassy reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bid as per PPRA Rules 2004.
