Latest update on Pakistani nationals returning from Libya

Today a special flight carrying 471 Pakistani nationals onboard arrived in Islamabad from Tripoli. This was the sixth special flight operated by the national carrier to bring home Pakistani nationals from Libya.

A chartered flight carrying 150 Pakistanis from Sebha has also arrived.

Another 53 Pakistanis will be arriving today in Islamabad, onboard a commercial flight from Cairo.

As of today the total number of Pakistani nationals who have returned from Libya stands at 4783.

The Special Task Force at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs continues to monitor the situation in Libya and our Missions and field offices in the region continue to facilitate all those who wish to return to Pakistan.
