Apply For Power of Attorney Online

Four Name Letter

1. Duly filled in Form (available in Consular Section) by the applicant.
2. Copies of CNIC / NICOP, Passport, Family Registration Certificate (FRC), Birth Certificate, CPR
3. In case of married applicant, copy of Nikahnama / Marriage Certificate.
4. Parent’s CNIC/Passport copies.
5. Presence of two witnesses with Pakistani CNIC/NICOP to sign affidavit if record of ancestors not available with NADRA.

Attestation of Power of Attorney / MukhtarNama

1. Requisite text should be printed on Bahraini legal paper / plain paper.
2. Originals and photocopies of NICOP/CNIC, Passport & CPR of the executant with 02 fresh photographs.
3. Originals and photocopies of NICOP/CNIC, Passport & CPR of 02 witnesses with one fresh photograph of each.
4. Photocopy of CNIC of the Nominee/Attorney.
5. Applicant and two witnesses will sign and affix thumb impression in the Embassy before authorized officer.
6. Any supporting document connected to Power of Attorney.
7. In case of Bahraini National, it should be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Bahrain.

Attestation of Power of Attorney executed from Pakistan

1. Power of attorney issued from Pakistan should be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or its Camp Offices in Peshawar / Lahore / Quetta / Karachi.
2. Originals and copies of CNIC / NICOP, Passport, CPR of the Nominee with one fresh photograph.

Attestation of Authority Letter

1. Requisite text should be printed on Bahraini legal paper / plain paper.
2. Originals and photocopies of NICOP / CNIC, Passport & CPR of the applicant with 01 fresh photograph.
3. Photocopy of CNIC of the Nominee.
4. Applicant will sign and affix thumb impression in the Embassy before authorized officer.

Attestation of Nikahnama / Marriage Certificate

1. Original Nikahnama / Marriage Certificate should be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or its camp offices in Quetta / Karachi / Peshawar / Lahore.
2. Copies of CNIC / NICOP / Passport of husband and wife.

Attestation of translated Nikahnama

1. English translation of the Nikahnama should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or its camp offices in Quetta / Karachi / Peshawar / Lahore.
2. Arabic translation of the Nikahnama should be translated by a registered Translator of the Kingdom of Bahrain and countersigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Bahrain.
3. Copies of CNIC / NICOP / Passport of husband and wife along with copy of original Nikahnama.

Divorce paper/Talaqnama

1. Nomination of a person through Special Power of Attorney printed on Bahraini legal paper/plain paper.
2. Divorce notice printed on a Bahraini legal paper/plain paper along with photocopy of marriage certificate.
3. Originals and photocopies of NICOP / CNIC, Passport & CPR of the executant with 02 fresh photographs.
4. Originals and photocopies of NICOP/CNIC, Passport & CPR of two witnesses with one fresh photograph of each.
5. Photocopy of CNIC of the Nominee/Attorney.
6. Applicant and two witnesses will sign and affix thumb impression in the Embassy before authorized officer.

Educational Documents

1. Original academic documents need to be attested first by HEC or IBCC, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad, or from any of its Camp Offices in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta.
2. Copy of CNIC / NICOP / Passport.

All other Pakistani documents

All other Pakistani documents should be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or its camp offices in Karachi / Quetta / Lahore / Peshawar.

All other Bahraini documents

All other Bahraini documents should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Bahrain.

Note: Doubtful documents will be referred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or its camp offices in Lahore / Karachi / Quetta / Peshawar for verification (Applicant would be informed accordingly).
