Mr. Saqib Rauf is a career diplomat with more than 20 years of experience.

He has a Masters in Diplomacy & Masters in Public Administration from the Australian National University. Additionally, he has a Masters in Economics from the University of Sindh.

Before joining Pakistan’s Embassy in Bahrain, he was serving as Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Liaison Office in Karachi.

 During his career, he has served in different Pakistan Missions, including New York, Tehran and Brussels.

He also has served at various political, administrative and protocol desks in Islamabad.

He is married and is blessed with two daughters.
