Machine Readable Passport (MRP)

Passport Complete Details in Urdu

Embassy of Pakistan processes only Machine Readable passports (MRP). The applicants must appear in the Embassy in person. The applicants are not required to fill any form or bring any picture.

Requirements:

For above 18 years:

1. Original Paid Fee Challan (receipt) of prescribed fee
2. Original Valid CNIC/NICOP with a photocopy.
3. Previous Passport in original with its photocopy
4. NOC in case of a Government Servant.
5. Foreign Passport along with its photocopy, for Dual-Nationals only.
6. Lost passport Police report, mentioning previous passport number (only in lost passport cases).
7. CPR along with its photocopy.
8. Copy of Resident Permit.

For below 18 years:

1. Original Paid Fee Challan (receipt) of prescribed fee
2. Original Valid CNIC, Children Registration Certificate(CRC/Form"B"), NICOP Smart Card with its one photocopy.
3. Original valid CNICs & Passport of both the Parents.
4. The Minor will be accompanied by either of his/her parent or legal guardian appointed by court of law, along with original valid CNIC/NICOP of parent/guardian.
5. Foreign Passport along with its photocopy, for Dual Nationals only.
6. In case either of the parent is deceased, his/her Death Certificate in original and its photo copy.
7. In case parents are separated/divorced, custody papers & guardianship certificate granted by Court of Law.
8. Lost passport Police report mentioning previous passport number (only in lost passport case).
9. CPR along with its photocopy.
10. Copy of Resident Permit.

For New born babies

1. Original Paid Fee Challan (receipt) of prescribed fee
2. Original Valid CNIC, Children Registration Certificate(CRC/Form"B"), NICOP Smart Card with its one photocopy.
3. Original birth certificate along with its photocopy
4. Original valid CNICs & Passport of both the Parents.
5. The Minor will be accompanied by either of his/her parent or legal guardian appointed by court of law, along with original valid CNIC/NICOP of parent/guardian.
6. Foreign Passport along with its photocopy, for Dual Nationals only.
7. In case either of the parent is deceased, his/her Death Certificate in original and its photo copy
8. Parents CPR along with its photocopy.
9. Parents Copy of Resident Permit.
10. Marriage Certificate copy

Duplicate passport in lieu of lost passport:

1. Copy of lost passport
2. Passport Loss Report from CID office
3. Original National Identity Card (CNIC or NICOP) along with photocopy.
4. Father’s ID (CNIC or NICOP) Copy if required
5. CPR along with its photocopy
6. Copy of Resident Permit

Out Pass Community welfare services in English and Urdu

1. Requirements of Un-Married Certificate

Copies of passport, CNIC, CPR of father and daughter and thumb impression on the Declaration Form in the presence of Embassy staff.

2. Requirements of Exit Permit Letter

Exit Permit Letter is issued in case of expired visa and valid passport. (Copy of passport, CNIC and CPR).

3. Requirements of Driving License verification

Copy of Driving License, passport, CNIC, CPR and confirmation of license of issuing authority.

4. Requirements of Educational Equivalence certificate

Copy of Degree / Certificate, passport, CNIC and CPR of applicant is required.

5. Requirements of Relationship certificate

Copies of passport, CNIC, CPR, FRC of applicant is required.

6. Requirements of Name verification according to Passport

Name verification is made according to passport and CNIC. Copy of passport, CNIC and CPR is required.

7. Requirements of NOC for Dead body (Local Burial)

Application for issuing NOC by father, mother, sister, brother, son, daughter and spouse of the deceased, Copy of Death Information / Death Certificate, passport, CNIC of the deceased are required.

8. Requirements of NOC for Dead body (Repatriation to Pakistan)

Application for issuing NOC by father, mother, sister, brother, son, daughter and spouse of the deceased, Copy of Death Information / Death Certificate, passport, CNIC of the deceased are required. In case of death due to COVID-19, special permission is required from M/o National Health Services Regulations and Coordination and M/o Foreign Affairs, Pakistan and Kingdom of Bahrain.

9. Requirements of NOC for Babysitter

Babysitter age must be 35 years and above, Medical certificate of babysitter, Employment contract, babysitter family detail, statement of babysitter is required.

10. Requirements of Birth Certificate according to Passport / documents

Copies of passport, CNIC, CPR is required.

11. Requirements of Transfer of Residence (TR Certificate)

Application of Transfer of Residence, Copy of CPR, Copy of Valid Pakistani Passport, Copy of NICOP (if applicable), Letter from employer showing the termination of employment contract with clear date of issuance and number.

12. Requirements of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Membership Card

Copy of Passport (First two pages) having protector stamp, Copies of first two pages of valid passport, valid visa, CNIC/NICOP and two passport size photographs are required.
