Mazhar Hussain, has been living in Villier le Bel, in the outskirts of Paris for 30 years. It has been 6 years that he is working as an Uber driver and his whole family lives in France.
During the lockdown, he contacted the Embassy and volunteered to deliver food packets to people at their doorstep. Since it was difficult for many people, especially women to step out of their homes during the lockdown, he used to regularly collect food packets from the Embassy and deliver them to different locations around Paris. With his assistance we were able to deliver approximately 200 food packets and medicines to senior citizens, handicapped and families at their homes.
