Ambassador Presents Letters of Credence

H.E. Ambassador Aisha Farooqui presented her letter of credence to H.E. President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa today as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Portuguese Republic.

The Ambassador conveyed greetings from the 🇵🇰 leadership to H.E. President de Sousa for the peace and prosperity of the Portuguese nation, while affirming 🇵🇰 Government’s desire to further strengthen bilateral relations with Portugal.

DPM/FM Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a meeting today to review the latest developments in the region. He reiterated that Pakistan is facilitating Iran-US talks for achieving peace and stability in the region and beyond. Pakistan will continue with its efforts in this regard.
