Ministry of Manpower of the Sultanate of Oman, has made an important announcement to limit the impact of the (COVID-19) and strengthen preventive measures aimed at providing protection to citizens and residents.
The Ministry calls upon employers, companies and institutions of the private sector to direct their expatriate workforce to remain in their places of residence after working hours, on vacations and weekends and not to go to public places and markets except for the extreme necessity, with full emphasis on stopping labor gatherings in any way, knowing that legal action will be taken regarding those who are found to be in breach of this.
In view of global COVID-19 pandemic and instructions issued by Government of the Sultanate of Oman from time to time to contain this serious disease, all Pakistan nationals residing in the Sultanate of Oman are advised to strictly follow these guidelines, take all necessary measures for proper hygiene and maintain social distancing. Your cooperation will ensure your own safety and safety of other people as well. “Stay Home, Stay Safe”
