The Pakistani Community members living in Cote d’Ivoire, Guinea Conakry, Sierra Leone and Liberia are hereby informed that the Special Courts for Overseas Pakistanis have been established in Islamabad under the Special Courts (Overseas Pakistanis Property) Act, 2024 to ensure expeditious resolution of disputes, particularly those relating to immovable property. In pursuance of the Act, two District and Sessions Judges have been designated in the district judiciary, while one Honourable Judge of the Honourable Islamabad High Court has also been nominated.

In view of the above, the Community members living in Cote d’Ivoire, Guinea Conakry, Sierra Leone and Liberia are requested to kindly share information regarding property-related court cases (if any) on the following link latest by 19 September 2025.
