The High Commissioner of Pakistan to Bangladesh Mr. Imran Haider called on the Foreign Secretary of Bangladesh H.E. Mr. Asad Alam Siam today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The two sides exchanged views to further enhance bilateral cooperation in trade and economics, connectivity, multilateral fora and other areas of mutual interest. Discussions also covered various proposals of cooperation which would be finalised during the upcoming meeting of the Joint Economic Commission.

The High Commissioner thanked the Foreign Secretary for excellent arrangements and hospitality extended during the recent visit of the Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar to Bangladesh.
