High Commissioner Imran Haider called on H.E. Dr. A N M Ehsanul Hoque Milon, Minister of Education today and felicitated him on assuming office.
While discussing bilateral relations in different spheres , the scope and opportunities of cooperation in the fields of education and advance technology was discussed .
High Commissioner briefed the Honourable Minister about Pakistan Bangladesh Knowledge Corridor and Pakistan Technical Assistance Programme (PTAP) offering scholarship opportunities for Bangladeshi students to pursue higher studies in specialized disciplines including medicine, pharmacy, engineering, biotechnology, business administration, AI, computer science, arts and fashion designing, at leading institutions in Pakistan.
The two sides also agreed on further promoting linkages through exchanges in education, training and sports.
