High Commissioner Imran Haider called on H.E. Mr. Hafiz Uddin Ahmad Bir Bikram, and H.E. Barrister Kayser Kamal, Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad (Parliament) today . Deputy High Commissioner Mr Muhammad Wasif was also present.
The High Commissioner extended condolences to the Honourable Speaker on the demise of his spouse.
The two sides exchanged views on the ongoing global crisis and different facets of bilateral relations . They emphasized the importance of developing parliamentary linkages and cooperation between Pakistan and Bangladesh.
