Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Italian Cricket Federation (FCRI), have  finalised a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for bilateral cooperation in Cricket. Finalized earlier this week, the accord is signed by Mr. Sumair Ahmed, COO PCB and Madame Maria Lorena Haz Paz, President FCRI.

The MoU establishes a framework for cooperation for both men's and women's cricket teams and aims to consolidate emerging growth of cricket in Italy, which, has successfully qualified for forthcoming World Cup T20 Championship.

The MoU prioritises exchange of technical experts, development programs, sharing knowledge and best practices through training camps, workshops, and seminars aimed at improvement of skills of players, coaches and match officials.  

The MoU also envisions creation of opportunities for friendly matches, youth programs and improving infrastructure and is viewed by both sides as excellent means to leveraging sports for deepening bilateral ties in their scope & spectrum.
