Attestation of Pakistani Documents
All documents issued in Pakistan i.e (affidavits, power of attorneys) and those issued by Pakistani authorities i.e (marriage certificate, birth certificate, educational documents, family certificate, etc) must be attested first from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or its Camp Offices, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta, Pakistan
Attestation of Italian Documents
The Italian Documents must be attested/apostille from Prefettura in Italy
Power of Attorney
The applicant must appear at the Embassy along with his/her all original passports and a recent photograph.
Note: (if the passport(s) has (have) been lost, then readable photocopies must be provided. After verification of passports the case will be processed.

o Documents – Original and Copy duly signed by Witnesses (preferably typed in English or Urdu and must contain Name, CNIC, Address details of the attorney (to whom the power of attorney is given) o Passport, CNIC/NICOP, or smart card in Original and its back-to-back copies o Copies of Witness CNIC/NICOP or Smart Card. o 02 passport size photograph of the executant (person giving the Power of Attorney)
