Pakistan Navy Ship SAIF arrived at the Port of Chittagong on a four-day goodwill visit from 8–11 November. The port call aims to deepen friendly exchanges between Pakistan and Bangladesh. Upon arrival, the ship was received by the officers of Bangladesh Navy and Pakistan High Commission.
To mark the visit, a dinner reception was hosted onboard yesterday, where Admiral M. Nazmul Hassan, Chief of Naval Staff, Bangladesh was the Chief Guest. He was received by Admiral Naveed Ashraf, Chief of Naval Staff, Pakistan, and High Commissioner Imran Haider. A large number of dignitaries including officials, academics, journalists and businessmen attended the event.
