Pakistan Navy Ship TABUK Makes a Goodwill Visit to Mark the 50th Anniversary of Pakistan- Bahrain Diplomatic Relations Pakistan Navy Ship TABUK made a goodwill visit to Bahrain to mark the 50th Anniversary of Pakistan-Bahrain Diplomatic Relations. Under covid-compliant arrangements, Ambassador Muhammad Ayub and Ship Commander Captain Muhammad Umair hosted a reception onboard the ship, attended by H.E. Ambassador Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain as Chief Guest, Vice Admiral Brad Cooper, Commander U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, diplomats, Naval officers, and other local and foreign dignitaries. In his welcome remarks, Captain Muhammad Umair highlighted the close maritime cooperation between Pakistan and Bahrain, stating that the frequent visits by PNS ships demonstrate the importance Pakistan attaches to its friendly relations with the Kingdom and the regional maritime security. He also highlighted the significant role played by the Pakistan Navy in the multinational Combined Task Force (CTFs), including the Command of the CTF 150 and CTF 151 for the twelve and nine times, respectively contributing towards peace, security, and prosperity of the region. The goodwill visit of PNS TABUK was part of a series of celebrations to mark the 50th Anniversary of Pakistan-Bahrain diplomatic relations. The visit will enhance diplomatic ties & cordial relations between the two navies.
