An MoU was signed in Multan between Universite Africaine des Science et Technologies, Senegal (EMIA) and MNS University of Agriculture, Multan. The Senegalese delegation travelled to Multan for the signing ceremony.

The Senegalese side was led by Mr. Aliou Sall, President EMIA and the Pakistani side was led by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Asif Ali. Mr. Aliou Sall and his team were also part of the delegation attending the 1st Food and Agriculture Exhibition held in Karachi from 10-12 August, 2023.

This MoU between the Pakistan and Senegal's universities will provide the framework for connecting the two institutions and open up new avenues for collaboration in the field of Agriculture and associated fields. Pakistan and Senegal are connected through strong brotherly ties and hope to strengthen this collaboration through such ventures.
