Tender Notice for Prequalification of business for provision of Janitorial Cleaning Services

The Embassy of Pakistan, Doha, Qatar invites sealed tenders/ bids for prequalification from reputed companies, registered with the State of Qatar for Janitorial Cleaning Services for the whole new Embassy Complex at the Diplomatic Area, as per terms & conditions mentioned in the tender documents. Tender documents may be obtained from the Embassy of Pakistan, Doha, Qatar from 08:00 am to 02:00 pm after the publication of this notice on payment of QR. 50/-. Two stage two envelope procedure for prequalification under Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (Govt. of Pakistan) will be adopted.

The proposals should reach the Embassy of Pakistan, Doha, Qatar on or before 8th March 2020 by 1200 hours, and shall be opened on the same day at 1230 hours, in presence of bidder’s representative.
