- Original Power of Attorney, which is to be signed in the presence of an authorized official of the High Commission
- Copy of NICOP or CNIC
- Copy of Passport
- Copy of Ghanaian Residence Permit / visa
- Copy of NICOP / CNIC / passport of the witnesses
- Please bring photocopies of above documents
- Two photographs of deponent
- Fee US $40/- for each Power of Attorney
- Consular Service application form. Duly filled in and signed.
- Note: - The deponent and two witnesses (Pakistani citizens) must come to the Mission in person with original identity cards, passports, Ghanaian Residence Permits / visas and sign in the presence of the consular officer vide Ministry letter No. Con (II)-Misc/2010 dated 22nd July, 2010.

- Duly filled in application Form called Form-Sfor Birth Registration.
- Letter of Consent/No. Objection Certificate (will be provided by the consular section and both parents will have to visit the consular Section and sign the document in the presence of a consular official at the High Commission).
- Parents must show the following original documents to consular office and provide a copy of each:
- Birth Certificates bearing the name of the child and the names of the parents with photocopy.
- Passport and CNIC of parents with photocopy.
- Ghana Residence permit of parents with photocopy.
- 02 photos of the child for registration.
- Fee US$ 20/- for child registration certificate
- Consular Service application form. Duly filled in and signed.

- Copy of Passport of applicant
- All the educational certificates and degrees must be attested from Ghanaian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Accra

- Original certificate up to FSc / FA must be attested from Inter Board Committee, Islamabad and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad
- Original Degree BA, BSc, B. Com, MBBS, Engineering, M. Phil, Ph D must be attested from Higher Education Commission, Islamabad and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad.

Ans:
MRP facilities are not available in the High Commission. MRP Renewal can be applied at https://onlinemrp.dgip.gov.pk/
Pakistani Citizens can apply/ renew their CNIC/NICOP through NADRA at https://id.nadra.gov.pk

Ans:
Government of Pakistan issues E-Visas for citizens of 191 countries including Ghana. Please visit the https://visa.nadra.gov.pk/ to start the visa application. The applicants must apply through their personal email.

- Please fill the Consular Services Application Form (available on https://mofa.gov.pk/accra-consular-affairs/ ), attach the required documents and proof of the consular fee deposited in the Bank.
- Send a soft copy (pdf scan only) of the above to email hcpakaccra@gmail.com and seek appointment.
- After initial review of documents by the High Commission, an appointment for physical appearance will be given.
- Please visit the High Commission at given date and time with hard copies of the documents.
- Processing time for documents is 2-3 working days.
- Fee for each consular service has to be deposited in the following Bank Account:
