1. Please fill the Consular Services Application Form, attach the required documents and proof of the consular fee deposited in the Bank.
2. Send a soft copy (pdf scan only) of the above to email hcpakaccra@gmail.com and seek appointment.
3. After initial review of documents by the High Commission, an appointment for physical appearance will be given.
4. Please visit the High Commission at given date and time with hard copies of the documents.                   

5. Processing time for documents is 2-3 working days.

6. Fee for each consular service has to be deposited in the following Bank Account:

Please bring proof of bank transaction of fee payment. Fee once deposited is non-refundable irrespective of decision of the High Commission regarding the desired service. Therefore, please make sure to complete all requirements of desired service before payment of fee.
