All documents (such as birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate, Police Character certificate, and educational certificates / degrees etc.) issued by the departments of the Government of Pakistan needing attestation of the Embassy have to be first attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad or one of its four camp offices in the provincial capitals.
All documents (such as birth certificate, marriage certificate, and educational certificates / degrees etc.) issued by the departments of the Government of Ukraine needing attestation of the Embassy have to be first attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Kyiv.
Since 9th March 2023 Pakistan has become the Member of ApostilleConvention. The documents apostilled by the competent authorities of Ukraine or Pakistan do not need any further attestation/ legalization from The Embassy of Pakistan, Kyiv Ukraine.
ATTESTATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY
Requirements:
Personal appearance of applicant and two witnesses.
Two passport size photographs taken within three months.
Provision of original valid Pakistani passport or CNIC card.
Unsigned original power of attorney.
Applicant and witnesses will need to sign the power of attorney in the presence of Embassy’s official.
