Major General (Retired) Kanwar Adnan Ahmed Khan, Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military), has had an illustrious military career to his credit spanning over 35 years. During his career, he held diversified Command, Staff and Instructional appointments. Apart from his military career he has vast experience in public administration and working with international organisations and partners including serving in UN peace keeping operations in Congo. 

          He is a graduate of Staff College and National Defence University of Pakistan. Also had the privilege of attending War Course at US Army War College Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where he obtained his second Master’s degree in Strategic Studies. 

          Plays Cricket and golf and enjoys reading, trekking and travelling. Is happily married and blessed with a son and three daughters.
