Online Passport Renewal

Passport for New Born Babies

The High Commission issues manual passport with one-year validity for new born babies to Pakistani Nationals, in addition to issuance of the birth registration certificate (S-1 Form). The following are the requisite documents for issuance of manual passport and S-1 Form:

• Original birth certificate of the baby, duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Maldives.
• Original CNIC / passport with visa of parents of the baby.
• Passport and S-1 Form available at “link”
• Five passport size photographs of the baby.
