Pakistan and Maldives enjoy cordial relations. There is a great potential of trade between the countries. Both the countries also enjoy South Asian Free Trade Area (SAFTA) Agreement. There has been a positive trend in the trade activities between the countries. Pakistan’s export to the Maldives during 2023 were US$ 9.38 Million with an increase of 19.18% over 2022’s value. Both the countries are working for promotion of bilateral trade.
