High Commissioner Mr. Imran Haider paid a courtesy call on H.E. Dr. Khalilur Rahman, Hon’ble Foreign Minister of Bangladesh. He congratulated Dr. Rahman on assuming office and briefed him on recent developments in Pakistan-Bangladesh relations. He highlighted the positive momentum across different areas of cooperation including education, connectivity, trade, agriculture and health, as well as the convening of bilateral institutional mechanisms.
The Hon’ble Foreign Minister welcomed the High Commissioner and appreciated the comprehensive briefing on the evolving trajectory of bilateral ties. He expressed satisfaction at the steady progress and emphasized the importance of exploring new avenues to further expand and deepen bilateral collaboration. Both sides also exchanged views on cooperation at multilateral fora.
