As we approach the culmination of this remarkable event, I am filled with a profound sense of all-enduring Pakistan-China friendship and its promising future trajectory. Our deliberations have reinvigorated our faith in the vitality of Pakistan-China All Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership for the progress and development of our countries, as well as for regional peace and stability.

The Pakistan-China relationship is more than a diplomatic formality; it represents an unshakeable bond based on trust and cooperation. This fraternal brotherhood has withstood the test of time and is poised to flourish even more in the years ahead.

The iron-clad friendship between Pakistan and China was born in the crucible of time. Generations of leaders, diplomats and citizens of our two countries made tireless endeavours to elevate it to the level of All-weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership.

The launch of BRI and CPEC in 2013 added a new dimension to our multifaceted ties. Today, CPEC remains at the heart of our bilateral relationship. It is the central pillar of our government’s development agenda and a pivotal conduit for Pakistan’s connectivity with China and the broader region.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

During the Prime Minister’s visit, our two countries agreed to upgrade CPEC with a particular focus on industrialization, operationalization of five new corridors and implementation of important infrastructure connectivity projects, particularly the ML-I.

We are determined to build on the momentum achieved in Phase-I of CPEC and materialize its high-quality development in Phase-II. The Industrial parks and Special Economic Zones being developed under CPEC represent the next stage of Pakistan’s economic development.

We have identified numerous opportunities to enhance trade, foster innovation, and drive sustainable growth. Our businesses, companies, and entrepreneurs are at the forefront of this endeavor, creating jobs, advancing technology, and contributing to the global economy. Through collaborative efforts, we are not only boosting our own economies but also setting a positive example for international cooperation.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

As one of the architects of Pakistan-China friendship, the role of the Communist Party of China has always been instrumental in creating a congenial political environment for further growth and strengthening of our iron-clad relations.

I am confident that under Mr. Liu Jianchao’s inspiring leadership, the IDCPC would further enrich Pakistan-China iron-brotherhood and deepen our multifaceted cooperation under CPEC.I look forward to working with the IDCPC for meeting this noble objective.

The political parties of Pakistan enjoy the trust of our people and represent their aspirations and dreams. Weregard Pakistan-China friendship as a sacred trust which enjoys unanimous support across the entire political spectrum.

The journey we have embarked upon together is one of great promise and potential. The successful conclusion of 3^rd JCM and our consensus today would further galvanize our efforts to advance CPEC and Pakistan-China friendship.
