The envoys of Ethiopia, Spain, Cuba, Portugal, Singapore, and Tanzania presented their diplomatic credentials to President Asif Ali Zardari during a ceremony held on April 7, 2026, at Aiwan-e-Sadr.

President Asif Ali Zardari received credentials from Dr. Oumer Hussain Oba (Ambassador-designate of Ethiopia); Mr. Carlos Aragon Gil de la Serna (Ambassador-designate of Spain); Mr. Damian Cordero Torres (Ambassador-designate of Cuba); Mr. Paulo Miguel Guedes Domingues (Ambassador-designate of Portugal); Mr. Ishak bin Ismail (High Commissioner-designate of Singapore); and Lt. Gen. (Rtd) Yacoub H. Mohamed (Ambassador-designate of Tanzania). President Zardari congratulated the envoys on their appointments.

He welcomed the Envoys to Pakistan and underlined the importance of their role in enhancing mutually beneficial cooperation.
