High Commission of Pakistan, Accra (Ghana) invites sealed bids from reputable and registered firms for dis-assembling and packing of durable items, i.e. Furniture and Fixture, Plant & Machinery, Hardware etc. and storing them in a warehouse for 04 months (extendable) w.e.f. 08 February 2025.

All eligible contractors may submit their sealed bids, with prices and specifications, at the address given below, by 28 January 2025, till 1430 hrs.

Bids will be opened on 29 January 2025 at 1500 hrs, in the presence of all the bidders/contractors.

The High Commission reserves the right to accord contract depending upon the bid quote for each item and also reserve the right to reject any bid with no liability to contractors/bidders under Public Procurement Rules 2004 available at www.ppra.org/Rules.asp.
