Terms & Condition

• Eligibility: Vendors must be registered with the relevant authorities and must not be blacklisted by any government agency.
• Bid Submission: Sealed bids must be submitted before the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained.
• Bid Security: A refundable bid security of 2% of the quoted amount must be submitted via bank draft/pay order or Bank guarantee / certified bank certificate.
• Evaluation Criteria: Bids will be evaluated based on compliance, quality, warranty, delivery time, and quoted price.
• Delivery Timeline: All items must be delivered within 30 days of purchase order issuance.
• Warranty: Minimum one-year warranty for manufacturing defects is mandatory.
• Blacklisting Clause: Vendors found guilty of fraud, poor performance, or breach of contract will be blacklisted as per Rule 19 of PPRA.
• Payment Terms: Payment will be made within 30 days after complete delivery and inspection.
• Right to Reject: Procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids any or all offers without assigning any reason under Rule 33 of PPRA.
• Compliance: All furniture must comply with safety, durability, and ergonomic standards suitable for institutional use.
• Quantity Flexibility Clause: The quantity of items may be increased or decreased, as per requirement, and items may be replaced with other furniture of equivalent value and utility, subject to approval by the competent authority.
