Invitation to Bid
The Embassy of Pakistan, Kuwait invites sealed bids from eligible vendors for the supply, installation, establishment, and related services of furniture, equipment, and facilities for the Consular/Community Services Section at the Mission’s new premises.

Terms & Conditions
Bidding shall be conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender title.Late or incomplete bids shall not be entertained. All bids must be signed and stamped by the authorized representative of the bidder.
Bidders must be registered with relevant Kuwaiti local authorities and compliant with applicable laws.
Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in supply and installation of furniture, equipment, and related services.
Blacklisted firms under PPRA or any government entity are not eligible.
Bids must include detailed technical specifications, quantities, and unit prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD).
Bids must be accompanied by company profile, past performance record, and references.
All bids must be submitted no later than 19 February 2026 at 1100 hours.
Bids will be opened publicly at the Embassy of Pakistan, Kuwait, on 19 February 2026 at 1130 hours.
Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening session.
Evaluation shall be carried out on the basis of lowest evaluated bid in accordance with PPRA Rule 36(b).
Compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines will be considered.
Preference will be given to vendors offering warranties and after‑sales services.
The Embassy reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 33, with reasons recorded in writing.
Bidders must submit a Bid Security @ 2% of the quoted price in the form of a Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of the Embassy of Pakistan, Kuwait.
Bids without bid security shall be rejected.
Payment will be made in KWD upon successful delivery, installation, and inspection of items.
No advance payment shall be made.Vendors must provide an official invoice upon completion of work.
All items must be delivered and installed at the Embassy premises within the agreed timeline.
Vendors are responsible for transportation, installation, and testing of equipment.
Any damage caused during delivery or installation must be rectified by the vendor at their own cost.
A minimum one‑year warranty must be provided for supplied items.
Vendors must ensure availability of after‑sales support and maintenance services.
