Attestation of Pakistani Documents
All documents issued in Pakistan i.e. (Affidavits, Power of Attorneys, Marriage Certificates, Birth Certificates, Family Certificates, Educational/Commercial Documents etc.) must be attested first from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan at Islamabad or its Camp Offices, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta.
Attestation of Tunisian/Maltese Documents
All documents issued from Tunisian/ Maltese authorities (Marriage Certificates, Birth Certificates, Educational/ Commercial Documents etc.) must be attested first from the Tunisian/Maltese Foreign Ministry.
Affidavit originating at Pakistan
The applicant must appear at the Embassy/ Honorary Consulate along with his/her original passport. The applicant has to arrange two witnesses along-with their original valid Pakistani passports.
Affidavit originating at Tunisia/Malta
The applicant must appear at the Embassy/ Honorary Consulate along with his/her original passport and a recent photograph. (If the passport has been lost, then readable photocopies must be provided. After verification of passports, the case will be processed.
Power of Attorney by Individuals
The applicant must appear at the Embassy along with his/her original passport/I.D Card along with their photocopies and three recent photographs. The applicant has to arrange two witnesses along-with their original valid Pakistani passports/I.D Cards and their photocopies.
Power of Attorney by Companies
The power of attorneys submitted by the various companies must be printed on the company’s letterhead and attested from the Tunisian/Maltese Foreign Ministry along with the executant’s readable passport photocopy and an authorization letter in the name of submitter along with his/her Tunisian/Maltese I.D Card.
