Issuance of Manual Passports

            The Mission issues manual passports to the newly born babies and to those Pakistani nationals, who lost their passports with one year validity. This arrangement will continue till the Machine-Readable Passport System is installed at the Embassy in Tunis. Following documents are required for issuance of manual passports: -

• Duly filled in Passport Form
• Original and copy of the National Identity Card of the Applicant
• Copy of the Lost Passport
• Police Report for Lost Passport
• Birth Certificate dully attested from local MoFA (for newly born babies)
• Four Passport Size Pictures of the Applicant
