Requirements for Attestation of various Documents

Applicants are advised to visit the Embassy along with the original documents (as mentioned below). However, to facilitate Pakistan community members, Embassy can also receive documents along with all required documents through courier at the following address:

Power of Attorney can either be got attested through the digital service (poa.nadra.gov.pk) or applicant has to come in person.
Working hours of the attestation department are Monday to Thursday 10 am to 12:30 pm and on Friday 09 am to 12 pm.
Please note that working hours may differ on public holidays or during Ramadan.
All Pakistani documents have to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or Camp offices in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta and Gujrat.
All local documents (to be submitted in Pakistan) are to be attested by the relevant Foreign Office.

4. 5.	Degrees issued by educational institutions or universities in Pakistan:	● Original Degree duly attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Pakistan ● 1 Photocopy of the Degree ● Only Blood Relatives can get the attestation of the Degree on behalf of applicant. ● One Photocopy of Passport, CNIC and resident visa	USD 4

7.	Gift Undertaking	● Applicant must be overseas Pakistani and can only gift the vehicle to their family/Blood Relatives. ● Applicant’s presence is mandatory ● Original Passport ● One colored photocopy of the Passport ● Colored Photocopies of all those pages having Exit/Entry stamps of Pakistan Airport to prove more than 700 days of abroad stay will be attested. ● Copy of CNIC to whom a vehicle is being gifted ● One Photocopy of Passport, CNIC and resident visa	AED 40/- per page.
