Requirements

For every kind of attestation, the person must fill the form available in the Embassy.

The following documents are required:

• Attestation Form duly filled in
• Passport + one photocopy
• CNIC/NICOP + one photocopy
• Belgian Residence Card + one photocopy
• For issuance of unmarried certificate from the Embassy (Unmarried Certificate from Pakistan attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or its Camp Offices)
• For attestation of documents issued from Pakistan, attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or its Camp Offices is required

Fee

Euro 10/- for each document

• Belgian Residence Card + one photocopy
• Executant/s has to personally appear and sign the documents before the Consular Official
  Two witnesses to sign the documents
• CNIC/NICOP of witnesses + one photocopy
• Two Photos each of Executant and each Witness

Fee

• Euro 10/- for each document.
• The Embassy prefers to receive fee through bank contact machine installed in the Consular Section.  Cash is also accepted if the applicant does not have bank card.
