Born on 05-09-1964.   Holds Master degree from National Defense University, Islamabad and Air War College, Karachi, besides Staff course on War Studies from abroad. He held various command, staff and instructional assignments in Pakistan Air Forces (PAF). He had been Air Officer Commanding, Northern Air Command, Director General (DG) Air Intelligence and Deputy Chief of the Air Staff for Training, Pakistan Air Force.  He has been Deputy President of Center for Aerospace and Security Studies (CASS), an Air Force think tank, Lahore chapter and also vice president of CASS, Islamabad chapter. He has been awarded Hilal-i-imtiaz (Military) in recognition of his meritorious and exceptionally dedicated services. He is blessed with two daughters.
