FAMILY VISA APPLICATION

Requirements for applying for visa at the Consulate General (Applicants can apply online: https://visa.nadra.gov.pk/):

Please note: At the Consulate, the application is completed by the Applicant and assistance will be given when necessary. Please make sure you are computer literate or bring someone to assist you.

• Physical presence of the Applicant at the Consulate General (in case the Applicant is a minor, the minor should be accompanied by BOTH the parents)
• Foreign Passport valid for at least six months on the date of application submission
• Proof of Pakistan Origin (Pakistani NIC (two-sided)/Pakistani Passport (particulars and signature pages) of the Applicant or parents or spouse or child), even if expired
• Proof of Residence at the current address (e.g. copy of a utility bill or rent agreement etc.)
• One (01) passport size photograph with white background
• In case of a minor Applicant (below 18 years of age),
• Consent Letter for travel jointly signed by BOTH the parents/In case the Father is not physically present then he may send a separate Consent Letter along with documentary proof of him not being physically present in Montreal)
• Copies of Identity Cards (two sided)/Passports (personal particulars and signature pages) of both the parents showing signatures for verification of their signatures on your Travel Consent Letter
• Minor’s Birth Certificate showing BOTH parents’ names
• In case of a single parent having custody of the minor Applicant through Court Order, original Court Order and its attested English translation
• Visa Application Numbers of accompanying persons (a group travelling together should preferably apply for visa at the same time and also mention the visa application numbers of all the accompanying persons in their respective visa applications)
• Other supporting documents/applications/explanations especially if any of the required documents are missing

NOTE:

• Visa can be granted within the validity of the Applicant’s passport
• In case a visa is rejected, the Applicant may reapply after meeting the shortcomings in the application. 

Fee:

NADRA Fee is deposited online by the Applicant as per the NADRA Fee Structure available at their website at https://visa.nadra.gov.pk/fee-structure/

NADRA’s existing Fee Structure: Single Entry 3 Months validity visa: USD 60, Multiple Entry up to 1 Year: USD 90, Multiple Entry more than 1 Year: USD 120

The Consulate General collects a CAD 50 surcharge on the NADRA Fee (surcharge of CAD 60 if urgent/executive).

Applicants can pay by Debit Card at the PoS machine at the Consular Counter of the Mission. Alternatively, payment can be deposited at the Bank of Montreal through bank transfer. Proof of the deposit of the fee is required in the latter case.

TOURIST VISA APPLICATION

• Physical presence of the Applicant at the Consulate General (in case the Applicant is a minor, the minor should be accompanied by BOTH the parents)
• Foreign Passport valid for at least six months on the date of application submission
• Permanent Residence Card/Long-term Visa of the current country of stay
• Proof of Pakistan Origin (Pakistani NIC (two-sided)/Pakistani Passport (particulars and signature pages) of the Applicant or parents or spouse or child), even if expired             OR
• Nikah Nama/Marriage Certificate and Proof of registration of the Marriage in Pakistan (in case of foreigner married to a Pakistani citizen)
• OR
• Notarized Invitation Letter on Judicial Stamp paper from a Pakistani citizen/Pakistan-government registered Tour Operator stating identity and contact details of the Inviter as well as the Invitee    
• Clear two-sided Copy of the National Identity Card/Passport (personal details and signature pages) of the Pakistani Inviter/Spouse
• Proof of present Address (e.g. recent utility bill or rent agreement or government letter/bank account statement, etc. in the name/present address of the Pakistani Inviter/Spouse)
• Proof of previous Stay in Pakistan/Previous Pakistani Visas (if any)
• Proof of present status i.e., Job Employment Letter/Self Employment Proof (e.g. Business Registration)/Student Status Proof (e.g. Student Card of the educational institution)
• Visa Application Numbers of accompanying persons (a group travelling together should preferably apply for visa at the same time and also mention the visa application numbers of all the accompanying persons in their respective visa applications)

 Requirements:

• Physical presence of the Applicant at the Consulate General (in case the Applicant is a minor, the minor should be accompanied by both the parents)
• Completely/properly filled-in visa Application Form (available at the Consulate General)
• Passport valid for at least six months on the date of application submission (If Passport is not of the country of current stay then stay country's Permanent Residence card copy/Long-Term visa copy is also required)
• Invitation from a Pakistani citizen
• Inviter's Pakistani NIC (two-sided)/Pakistani Passport (particulars and signature pages)
• Inviter's Proof Residence of current address
• Applicant's Proof of residence at the current address (e.g. copy of a utility bill or rent agreement etc.)
• One (01) passport size photograph with white background
• Proof of previous Stay in Pakistan/Previous Pakistani Visas (if any)
• In case of a minor Applicant (below 18 years of age),
• Consent Letter for travel signed by both the parents
• Copies of Identity Cards (two sided)/Passports (personal particulars and signature pages) of both the parents showing signatures for verification of their signatures on your Travel Consent Letter
• Minor’s Birth Certificate showing parents’ names
• In case of a single parent having custody of the minor Applicant through Court Order, original Court Order and its attested English translation
