
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) provides online services for Overseas Pakistanis to apply for or manage NICOP, CNIC, POC, and FRC from home. All applications must be submitted via https://id.nadra.gov.pk or through the Pak-ID Mobile App (iOS & Android).
NADRA does not maintain a permanent office at the Embassy. The NADRA Facilitation Desk at the Embassy is available by appointment only to assist applicants who face difficulties with online processing.

Note: Family records must already be linked and updated in NADRA’s database. If updates are required, verification may take 4–7 working days before FRC submission.
Processing Times (Subject to NADRA HQ Approval)
NICOP Executive: 14 days
NICOP Urgent: 3–4 weeks
NICOP Normal: 4–6 weeks
POC Executive: 2 weeks
POC Urgent: 4 weeks
FRC: 3–4 days
Cancellation (NICOP/CNIC/POC): 7–10 days
Succession Biometric: US $ 26/-
Please note that NADRA services are provided strictly on an appointment basis, and walk-ins are not accepted unless in cases of emergency.
