TRANSPORTATION OF DECEASED

Requirements:

The following documents are required for issuance of a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) for shipment of mortal remains to Pakistan: 

• Death Certificate
• Transit/Burial Permit
• Non-communicable Diseases Certificate
• Embalming Certificate
• Pakistani passport/National ID Card(CNIC/NICOP) or any other proof of Pakistani citizenship of the deceased.

The above documents may be faxed or emailed to the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington DC for issuance of the NOC.

Fee:

• NO FEE is charged for issuance of NOC.
